For order under $70, we charge a flat rate of $11.50 per order for postage over Australia.

For Bulky items the shipping fee will be listed upon checkout. This Freight is charged via Height, Width and Weight as per our Freight Forwarded condition. We cannot send Bulky item to PO Box.

Dispatch will generally be within 72 business hours of your payment clearing via Sendle Courier or Australia Post if all products are in stock and can be supplied by our Australian Supplier. We will notify you if the products that you ordered are not in stock immediately. Note that this time-frame varies from brand to brand. Please remember most of the brands we represent are often run by working from home parents or small businesses, sometimes family life can hinder this process.

Note that some products are handled and dispatch from our overseas supplier, hence delivery time can take up to 12 working days. Please consider this when ordering.

Note that items may be sent separately. Whenever possible, we will provide you with the tracking number.

During holiday seasons (in particular in the month of December & January), delivery may be delayed due to high volume.

Free postage for all Australian orders over $70.

Delivery of items is subject to availability, and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item it is not able to supply. However, we will offer you a store credit for any item that is unexpectedly delayed.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you purchased, we offer a full refund of the goods purchased, store credit or exchange. Please contact us via the contact page for a returns form.

PLEASE NOTE: no exchanges or returns are offered for sale items.

We reserve the right to refuse a returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
